Among them, the firm required substantial amounts of natural gas to make the facility a reality. The firm also had requirements that touched on employee commute time, access to customers and availability of water. 'You have to weigh all of those considerations and do a weighted average on each one of them,' said Michael Swaldi, senior managing director at JLL.
