Robert P. 'Bob' Perkins, 77, Cedar Hill Robert P. 'Bob' Perkins, 77, of Cedar Hill died June 9, 2022. Mr. Perkins was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He was a member of Ironworkers Local 396. He did private security work and had a 34-year career in law enforcement. He was a graduate of the Missouri Highway Patrol Academy in both basic police and narcotics and dangerous drugs investigation, the St. Louis Police Academy, the National Intelligence Academy and many other in-service seminars.
