A rendering of The Cedars in Downtown Hendersonville completely reimagined as five-star private branded residences. It will debut as Fairmont Heritage Place -The Cedars, Hendersonville in 2025. The Cedars, a historic hotel owned by the Shipman family since 1976 and located two blocks from Hendersonville's Main Street, is set to become Fairmont Heritage Place - The Cedars, Hendersonville — a luxury residential development that is the first of its kind in the Blue Ridge Mountain region of North Carolina.
