CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio – Cedar Hill will soon become a bottleneck for several weeks, leaving many drivers to weave through smaller side streets to avoid construction hassles. On Monday, traffic on the road, also known as Cedar Glen Parkway, will be reduced from three lanes in each direction to one as the city works on a sanitary sewer replacement. The street runs from University Circle to Cleveland Heights and serves as a major artery for East Side commuters, college students and residents. The seven-week project is set to be completed by Nov.
